Questions We Get a Lot
Our sets are built with weather-resistant frames and durable outdoor fabrics designed to hold up through changing seasons. That said, using furniture covers during extended periods of harsh weather or winter storage will help preserve the finish and cushions over time. Think of it as routine care that keeps everything looking sharp for years.
Most sets arrive with all hardware included and straightforward step-by-step instructions so you can get everything set up at your own pace. Assembly is designed to be manageable for one or two people without special tools. If you have any questions once your order arrives, our support team is easy to reach.
Olefin is a solution-dyed synthetic fiber widely used in outdoor upholstery because it resists moisture, fading, and mildew better than many standard fabrics. It holds its color well under direct sun and cleans up easily with mild soap and water. For a patio cushion that sees regular outdoor use, it is one of the more practical material choices available.
We offer Free Shipping on Most Orders Within the Continental U.S. (Excludes AK/HI), and every purchase is covered by our 30-Day Returns policy. If something arrives damaged or is not the right fit for your space, reach out to our team and we will walk you through the return process as outlined in our Return Policy.
About Our Patio Furniture Sets
Patio furniture sets are the foundation of a backyard or outdoor space that actually gets used. Whether you are outfitting a deck, a poolside area, a front porch, or a larger garden space, the right set brings structure and comfort to time spent outside. A well-chosen outdoor set supports the way you naturally want to gather, whether that is a quiet morning coffee, a weekend with friends, or a relaxed evening winding down. When choosing a set, the key things to think about are frame material and how it holds up to your local climate, cushion fabric and how it handles moisture and sun exposure, seating count and how it fits your actual space, and whether the configuration gives you the flexibility to rearrange as your needs change. Sets with swivel or rocking chairs tend to get more daily use simply because they are more comfortable to sit in for longer stretches. At Haven Design Hub, every set we carry is chosen for durability, real-world usability, and a design that fits a modern outdoor aesthetic without feeling overdesigned.
